We had a good experience overall at the hotel, enjoying the clean facilities and tasty food. However, the service could have been better, especially when we needed help with our luggage during the snow. The location was quite nice, providing easy access to nearby markets, but be cautious if you visit during snowy conditions as staff assistance may be limited.

I had a mixed experience at Manali Heights. The location is great as it's close to the markets, but the interior definitely needs some serious renovation. The cleanliness was disappointing, especially the bathrooms and the overall maintenance. While the food was decent, the service left a lot to be desired, especially during snow when we needed assistance with our luggage.
